law and conveyancing processes in Ireland, North and South.

Reema Mannah is the Head of Business Development (Scotland & NI) & a Senior Underwriter who is dual qualified in English and Scottish law. She also holds an MCS in Investments Analysis has 10 years experience working in property law and 5 years industry experience which she gained at First Title's London and Glasgow offices. Reema currently manages all title underwriting functions for First Title's Northern Irish, Irish and Scottish operations.

Kristin Nee Joined First Title in 2007 as an Assistant Trainee Underwriter and has recently been promoted to an Underwriter. Kristin's role involves dealing with a spectrum of complex offline residential and commercial enquiries in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland as well as certain aspects of business development. She graduated in 2005 with joint honours in Law and Psychology and has responsibility for tracking and updating the Team on case law and legislative developments which impact on underwriting decisions made in these jurisdictions.

Elizabeth joined First Title in January 2010 after completing her LLB and Diploma at the University of Glasgow and an eight month residential property traineeship. She currently provides administrative and residential underwriting support to the Scottish, Northern Irish and Irish operations.
